Structure:
The guild structure consists of one leader, and four officers. The main objective of these five people is to host raids, solve guild issues, and be there when needed, whether physically or mentally.

Raiding:
Anyone in the guild will have the right to lead their own raid. As a raid leader you have the responsibility of making sure everyone on the raid has an enjoyable time, ensure that everyone will get home safely, set a reasonable start and end time for the raid, and keep everyone posted on what's going on. Also, raid leaders 'should' provide gems for clerics, port components, or other costs for the raid. The raid leader will decide loot rules prior to the raid. Loot rules should be fair, and should NOT include any form of favoritism. Raid leaders will have the option of using the guild wide loot rules, but must speak with an officer first.

Major guild raids, led by the guild leader and/or the officers, will use the guild wide loot system, which is documented in detail below. Costs of these raids will be covered by the guild.

All types of raids should be scheduled in advance for the best turnout.

Guild Wide Loot Policy:
The loot policy as of now is a modified point system.

You recieve 10 points for showing up to a raid on time, and 10 points for staying the entire raid. There is no limit to how many points you can accumulate. If an item drops that you WILL use, you /random points. If you win the item, you loose your points. If you loose the item, you keep your points.

You may choose how many points you would like to use for the roll. Lets say you have 120 points, and an item that you want drops. You don't want to spend all 120 points on it, so you decide to use only 70 of your points. You would /random 70. If you win the item, you would only loose 70 points.

Starting at 150 points you will get a 50 points buffer. If you choose to roll with 150 or more of your points, you would /random 50 150. Additionaly there is a 100 point buffer at 250, so if you choose to roll with 250 or more of your points, you would /random 100 250.

New/Possible Recruits: Recruits will be put onto the point system and recieve points just like a member.

Scars of Velious Faction:
The guild as a whole is aligned with dragons. It is a requirement to go with dragon faction.
